Executive Women’s Leadership Programme

The Executive Women’s Leadership Programme for 2017 concluded last week with all delegates presenting their strategic challenge projects to a panel of senior business people and a celebratory dinner sponsored by Bank of Scotland where the guest speaker was the award winning Bridget Jones Films actress, Sally Phillips. Sally shared many of her challenges and achievements throughout her successful career, which started with the award winning and leading edge ‘Smack the Pony’, through ‘I’m Alan Partridge’ and ‘Miranda’ to the Bridget Jones trilogy, and there was a lively discussion around some of the gender challenges within the film industry which have become very topical recently.
