Regional Vice President Mid-Continent

Tri-Point Oil & Gas Production Systems, LLC (Tri-Point) is a portfolio company of First Reserve, a leading global private equity and infrastructure investment firm exclusively focused on energy.  Tri-Point brings together high-performing, complementary products centered on oil & gas production, processing and environmental control equipment. The company was co-founded by Britt Schmidt and David Lucke, experienced oil and gas industry executives, with the vision of creating a differentiated national brand that has the technical capability to more efficiently fulfil customer needs. The company will continue to grow and integrate its national footprint, leveraging the strengths of its five core brands:  LEED Fabrication, Streamline Production Systems, SFI Superior Fabrication Inc., Edge and Crossfire Today, the company provides custom engineered products and services to customers in some of the most prolific shale plays in North America.

This is a replacement position and follows a restructuring exercise which will optimise the overall capability of Tri-Point’s operations.  The RVP Mid-Con will carry responsibility for the management and growth of the manufacturing and fabrication businesses in the region as well as a small trucking division. The regional manufacturing business consists of approximately 225 employees in Oklahoma.

The role calls for a seasoned senior oilfield equipment manufacturing executive with the proven ability to lead and drive the business forward carrying full accountability for the P&L and balance sheet.  This role will also be responsible for the continued profitable management of a business with a revenue of approximately $50 million; as well as development and execution of a focused growth strategy.
